Room available May 1sth Hello my name is Yesi I have a room available for a single person, with private room good size room and doubld door closet and sharing bathroom. In a very beautiful area on Southern Highlands zip 89141 between Cactus and Star Avenue, near access to the freeway, shopping center 5 minutes driving, beautiful park so amazing place to just go walk or bike and take a good air And enjoy the view. Utilities are included with the rent and internet. Rent is every 1sth of the month $750
It is a $400 deposit refundable if you let me know one month ahead you are moving and room is in the same condition you get it . One time a week you can use the Laundry and one time a month you need to clean the bathroom, No smoking house (indoors) we are looking for a good tenant how is respectful and polaid to others, responsible on his rent every month , clean, good behaving, how respect our house no people stay over and visitor needs to be during reasonable time ones in a well not daily. Having a job out from home .. no drama or hiding from anyone, I like to keep peace in our home we are a small family and we want to make you feel also at home :) and be safe with us and feel safe with you!!!
