Roommate wanted for a 6-8 month lease in a three-story townhouse (3BR/2.5BA) in a quiet neighborhood of Old Town. Close to King Street Metro and a short walk to King St. You will have a private room and bathroom on the third floor. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. I have a large dog already in the home and cannot accept more pets per the community policy. Plenty of storage space in home.

There is newer washer and dryer, fridge, oven/stove, bathrooms, HVAC, and water heater. There is a garage parking space, street parking and guest parking available. Utilities (water, cable, Wi-Fi) all included in price. Tenant splits energy bill.

Ideal roommate is a mid-career professional woman who is clean, friendly, responsible, likes dogs, and respectful.

Owner is a 35 year old female working primarily from home. Originally from NJ, former military, enjoys quiet evenings, hiking, walks with my dog, and volunteering.
