Update

Looking for a roommate to occupy a furnished master bedroom and ensuite bath. Vaulted ceiling, walkin closet and alot of natural light. Inside a large 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath townhome in Pacific Beach.

You’ll only be sharing the townhome with myself. I’m in my mid 30’s, work alot and do a bit of traveling. In my free time I’m working on my car, going on fishing trips and/or enjoying some good beer. I like to keep things clean but not to an OCD level.

As for location, it’s about a 10 min walk to night life, the beaches around Mission Bay and a 5 min drive to the 5 freeway. Vons, Rite Aid, Trader Joe’s, CVS are a 5 minute walk.

Washer+Dryer in unit.

Small storage available in garage (bike/surfboard etc).

Large living room, deck, front patio and kitchen that are common areas.

Street parking. Garage parking negotiable if you have a small car and/or motorcycle.

$2300/ month $2300 deposit Utilities and internet included. Lease options are 6-12 months.

Like I said before, I do work alot. So even outside the spacious master bedroom and bathroom you’ll have alot of communal space throughout the townhome to yourself.

I’m a mid 30’s male, owner and live in the 2nd room in the townhome. Interests are outdoors, working on my car and kayak fishing.
