Private basement suite in a lovely house in NE Minneapolis. There is plenty to love about this space! You get your own living room with built-ins and a gas fireplace, one private bedroom with closet, one private bathroom with heated floors and a shower, free laundry, private refrigerator, and two large storage closets! The space is very easy to access from the back entry door. The shared space on the first floor includes a kitchen/dining room and you have full access to cabinet storage space and appliances like the oven, stove and dishwasher. We have a decent sized backyard that is fenced in and gets plenty of sun with a small garden plot. Basic yard work and snow removal is required as part of our lease. Utilities generally average $125 a month per person (3 people). This is a non-smoking or drug house and we would prefer no more pets. We really Like NE! We are blocks away from great city parks, St. Anthony Parkway/bike paths, bus routes that head to Downtown, U of M campus, and Roseville. The best restaurants and boutiques in Minneapolis are right here in the neighborhood!
