120sqft room with private hallway full bath in a 4bed/3bath house. Perfect room in a perfect house. The neighbors are awesome too! We prefer 20’s-mid 40’s female because of our young daughters in the house. Prefer professional, working roommate. Available starting June 10. We have a low-key, clean, happy house and love it that way. Looking for someone that works outside most the day and comes back for some peace and quiet. $800 plus utilities. Utilities are split by 4 and includes wi-fi, A/C, gas, water, trash, laundry, electricity etc. We get Sparkletts water delivery you’re welcome to use as well! Access to all common areas of the house including a finished garage where we hang out most summer nights. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house. Everything is conveniently close by - within a mile to groceries, 405, restaurants, Bella Terra, the gym etc. No overnight guests or frequent visitors though please. We have two very fun daughters ages 10 and 9. We also have an 11 month old red Doberman pup who’s trying to guard the house and is super sweet! Feel free to take him on walks if you choose!
