Ground level bedroom (queen bed provided) with private bath and walk-in closet. Just under 2.2k total square feet, three-story townhome with driveway parking space (garage optional but extra) with an open park right outside the front door. Dog park across the adjacent street for animals. No other persons besides myself, no desire/intention to sublease further. In-unit laundry, essential utilities shared 50/50 but lessee not expected to contribute to HOA bill (roughly $75-$150 extra per month total added to base rent, depends on consumption and time of year). $500 deposit if no pets, $1000 if you have a dog (I’m willing to consider animals if you have any but it would be case dependent).

I am the sole owner and occupant. I am a working professional, blend of remote work and on-site but mostly the latter. I’ve no kids, no pets, just a busy body. Would prefer someone who is also a working professional, but amenable if it’s a good fit for us both. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker. Other non-smokers preferred, but if you like to drink more power to you.
