Redding Avenue

This is Lark Sacramento located 5 minutes from Sacramento State University. Great complex with resort style pool, fitness gym, study room with free desktops and printing, free shuttle that take you to and from the university. The apartment is 3 bedrooms and everyone has their own room, bathroom (with a tub) and walk in closet. It comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, and drawers. There is in unit washer and dryer as well! My lease includes your own parking spot but if you don’t want it, you can opt out and the price of the lease will drop.

The two other roommates are females but it is a gender neutral apartment so anyone is welcomed. Both are very clean and considerate. One of the females is a close friend of mine who is a great person, quiet, and very welcoming to all.
