Quiet neighbors, decent property. Biggest drawback is the complex is close to the train tracks, from 5am to 8pm you’ll hear it. Full access to living room and kitchen. Guaranteed parking in covered garage. I own a cat, she likes to be in the living room when I’m at work, but I can keep her in my room if necessary. Guests are fine from Thursday to Saturday, kids are also fine but not to live in the room full time. I’m okay with cats and small dogs, if they are cat friendly. Look forward to hearing from you!
