I am looking for a roommate to rent my spare bedroom starting 06/01/2023. First month is $700, and then $800 for the following months.

You can stay as long as you’d like, I will be renewing the lease for another year in September.

Total costs (including rent, utilities, trash, and internet) average around $800 each / mo and the landlord does prefer I pay in cash, so I would also prefer to receive the $800 in cash the first of each month. It is a 2br, 1ba house with a decent sized fenced-in backyard. The bedroom pictured with the desk is the one for rent (desk will be removed). Located near the intersection of Circle and Platte

I have a dog and he is a sweetheart, will get along with most dogs as long as they are nice! :)

Requirements:

• LGBTQIA+ Friendly (don’t have to be a part of the community, but that would be preferred)
• NOT right-wing or extremely political
• NOT overly religious
• Not an alcoholic
• No hard drugs in the house
• If you have an animal, that’s fine as long as you clean up after them. No animals that like to destroy furniture.
• Prefer age 20 to 30

I’m looking for a creative, laid back, and clean person to rent my spare room. You can paint the room to your liking, shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, ect.

I am a 25 male, work from home with my one dog & am looking for someone relaxed to take over my spare bedroom. I enjoy photography, hiking, making music, designing clothes and watching movies.
