Glenwood Road

Hello! I’m moving into a new apartment with my gf and am looking for someone to replace my room at my apartment in Glendale, CA July 1st!

It’s a master bedroom with a private new bathroom, separate office space, balcony, and parking spot for $1,700 a month. It’s got great views of the mountains and in unit washer/dryer.

It’s my first apartment and I love it. I would never leave it if I wasn’t moving in with my partner because it really is so lovely. It has SO MUCH LIGHT and big windows and 12ft ceilings. If it sounds too good it’s cause IT IS. My roommate is a perfect sweetheart as well.

The area is very safe and within a mile of a school. It has a corner store a two minute walk down that has all the groceries and necessities you’d need. There is a Starbucks within a 5 minute walk and restaurants all around. The place is truly a steal. I can’t find anything like it anymore for the price on Zillow or apartment.com (and trust me I know - I’ve been looking with me and my partner). So snap this lovely place up asap!

The move in date would be July 1st, 2023 but theres some wiggle room a week or two earlier if it’s really needed. Please let me know if you or anyone you know if interested! Tours are available if you are in the LA area. If not a video tour is available!

I am moving out but my current roommate is fantastic. I would never leave them if I didn’t have to. They are quiet, a successful voice actor, friendly but does their own thing, and very respectful of the space. They have great cleaning habits and I’ve really had zero complaints living with them.
