Everything has been updated and renovated in this two bed, 2.5 bath home! You’ll have your own room and bathroom with only one other roommate in a wonderful home, your bathroom has been renovated as well as the room and the rest of the house. Full access to kitchen, washer/dryer in the home, community pool and in a gated community! Electric and internet are split, the rest well be taken care of by me. The home is right off the 60 and the light rail, it is also near the Mesa Arts District so it has tons of cool things to see and do while being near everything you need to enjoy yourself!

The roommate is in his 40’s, professional and mostly works from home, working from home is ok as well for you. Sadly, I had to move out of state for a job so I need to rent out the other room. I do love my home, but I want to keep it so I have to rent it out, again though, just you and one other person.
