Boating and fishing available on Flint Lake. Small beach area for association members, can join for $50 per month. We have fun block parties and gatherings. Kayak rental available. Garage storage rack available for $50 per month.

Smoke/vape outside or on deck, not in house. No animals. No illegal drugs allowed on property or in vehicle if vehicle is on property. Requires proof of income, first months rent and security deposit up front.

I am a 40 something year old mom whose kids have grown up and moved on. I have a big empty house and would like to make use of the space. I’m pretty quiet, I work from home and enjoy the sounds of nature surrounding my home. I’m very clean and expect anyone who lives in my space to keep up after themselves and respect my property and I will show you that same respect. I have three rooms available so I’d like everyone to fit together well to keep the peace.
