• 2 identical rooms with walk- in closets and shared bathroom ($850 per month with $500 deposit)
• 1 master room with private bathroom and private backyard access, walk-in closet ($1,000 per month with $1,000 deposit)
• Pricing includes utilities up to $400. Any overage will be split equally between tenants and added to that month’s rent

House Details:

• All rooms and living spaces are full furnished, May use command hooks ONLY to hang personal items
• Shared living areas, one in the back with private doors and main living area near the front
• Shared kitchen, cookware and appliances are included and available for use
• Shared washer/dryer. Please provide your own detergent/dryer sheets/fabric softener
• Spare towels and bedding are provided and available for use
• Street parking available, NO garage access
• Wifi included
• Pool, barbecue, fire pit and backyard patio furniture available for use

** NO PETS, NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

** Landlord will visit the property once a month for maintenance (will give 24 hours notice)

** Owner will be by occasionally to access garage and backyard shed only (will give 12 hours notice)

** Security cameras installed outside and in common areas for safety

** ID, Credit and Criminal background checks required
