Depending on dates you may share the bathroom with one person, if so there is an written agreement guranteeing that it will be kept clean. You’ll have full use of the house, large laundry room inside. High speed internet & reverse osmosis water is included. Custom home has huge kitchen with appliances. Lovely, very quiet, neighborhood with sidewalks and trails. Beautifully landscaped yard with 3 patios, dozens of rose bushes & yearlong flowering bushes and trees. First, last & $800.00 security due at move in. Background and Credit report required. No smoking or vaping on the property. No overnight guests. Additional charges for a pet.
