Single family house located in Mount Pleasant in a friendly neighborhood. Close to Sullivan’s Island and Shem Creek. Available room is near the front of the house. Private bedroom and bathroom doors are located in an open but separate hallway. Furnished with Queen bed, dresser, mirror, and nightstand. Closet is attached. Kitchen, living room, and dining room will be shared along with the porch, patio, and fenced-in backyard.

I am a 31 year old single mom. My child and I have our own rooms and are quiet people. We have 2 medium sized dogs who are friendly. They are crated when I am not home. For my child’s safety, rules would need to be put in place such as no overnight guests. For more information, please reach out.
