Cape cod style home with converted attic rooms. I currently have two rooms available in the house one is upstairs in the converted attic and requires a separate air conditioning unit as the central air/heat doesn’t work well in it and the other is on the main floor.

Single bathroom with everyone getting a corner for their things. Laundry is in a finished basement.

The room on the first floor available has a chest of drawers and space for a desk/computer. House is shared with me and one other person currently and if both rooms get rented it would be shared by 4.

Internet, power, water and refuse would be included in rent unless you use an inordinate amount of power of water.

People looking to rent must be trans friendly and must be capable of dealing with a dog that will initially have to warm up to you, but will then protect you.

I’m a 37 (soon 38) male that currently lives with a 20 something trans person, both of us are pretty laid back and welcoming. The other home inhabitant is Xena and she is the dog. She is mostly well behaved and will be wary of you until she gets used to you. I welcome all walks of life, but people that enjoy gaming and anime and watching TV would be a bonus.

You will likely need a car unless you take the bus as no one else in the home currently drives.
