I have a two bedroom, one bath apartment that’s in an older building. I’ve been in this apartment for 10 years and I do really like it so I’m not looking to move, at least not for another year, hence why I’m trying to find someone to renew my lease with and replace my current roommate, who is moving to CO Springs. Room will definitely be available at the end of June but possibly sooner (I’d have to talk to my roommate).

I’ll attach photos of the living room and the room you would have (the pic of the bedroom is with my roommate’s furniture in it. it will be empty when you move in). It’s a pretty humble, quiet building and I like it here as I’m a pretty humble, quiet person myself. We live right next to the laundry room (coin op) which is convenient. I pay for a friend to come and do some basic common area cleaning once a month so that’s nice.

I ask for a flat $825 which includes utilities and high speed internet. Honestly, it’s a bargain for this area and I hope you’ll consider coming over and looking at the place.

If you choose to move in, I would like you to sign a lease which will require passing a background check with Wheelhouse Apartments.

I am mid 40’s and I’m gay myself. I’m a bear type and enjoy video games, cooking and just generally geeky things. I try to be very respectful of who I live with and ask the same. I try to keep the common areas clean and again, ask the same. I get along best with other gay men but I’m open to all LGBTQ+ friendly people.
