Large, Fully Furnished, Private Room with Lakeview for Rent.

I am looking for a tenant(guys only) to take over my lease for a private room with a great lakeview at The Retreat West starting July 2023. This is in a fully furnished 3x3 Fairview Townhome: Room C. Both my roommates are super nice, respectful, clean, and in their early 20’s. We have a pet cat too. The rent is $1060 + utilities. The private room is spacious (~180 sq ft), fully furnished, and has a large closet and its own bathroom. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a TV. For reference, the townhome is less than 10 minutes from UCF.

The Retreat West offers a wide range of amenities for its residents, including tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, a dog park, a golf simulator, a sauna, a technology center, a fitness center, a clubroom, and a resort-style pool. As a tenant, you will have access to all of these amenities and more.

Both my roommates are super nice, respectful, clean, and in their early 20’s. We have a pet cat too.
