$1200 Month to month, no lease. Payments due on the 1st of each month and only $1200 for last month required to move in. Minimum stay is 2 months. Only a 30 day written notice is required to move out.

A full size refrigerator and a pantry cabinet is in your room for your exclusive use only and not shared with other roommates.

You will have access to a clothes washer and dryer in the utility room, full use of a living room with a big TV, use of stove and microwave, filtered water at the sink in the kitchen with a counter dinette.

Electricity, water and high speed internet are included. First and last month totaling $2400 required to move in. A 2 year work and residential history will be verified.

There will only be a maximum of 4 people living in the house, that includes me. Each of the 3 Roommates has their own bedroom and a shared living room and kitchen dinette, laundry room and bathroom. I have my own private area consisting of a living room, dining room and den, including the master bedroom suite.
