I am looking for one or two roommates for a house which is a recently renovated Fells Point rowhome with up-to-date furnishings, appliances, and utilities. It is in the heart of Fells (Gough and Wolfe). It is a short walk to both John Hopkins Hospital as well as a five minute walk to the pier. The house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, with a roof deck.

I am looking for someone to move in June 1, 2026. I require a 6 month lease commitment at a minimum, with option to renew. Tenants are responsible for utility costs (gas, electric, water, internet, which are approximately $120 a month).
