It is in the heart of Fells (Gough and Wolfe). It is a short walk to both John Hopkins Hospital as well as a five minute walk to the pier. The house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, with a roof deck.

I am looking for someone to move in June 1. I require a 12 month lease commitment at a minimum, with option to renew. Tenants are responsible for utility costs (gas, electric, water, internet, which are approximately $100 a month).
