About the roomies
I am 32, female, and work full time as a medical biller/coder. I am the one the bathroom would be shared with. The other roommate has her own private bathroom. I keep to a pretty stable and regular routine: work during the day, workout in the evening, stay busy and out of the house during the weekend. In other words, a pretty normal, run of the mill lifestyle. Very laid back, calm, no chaos, no drama. The other roommate is 26, female, and also works full time and has a pretty regular schedule that keeps her busy.
Ideal Roommate: Ideally someone with stable and sufficient income, tidy enough, respectful enough. Plays well with others, etc.
Additional Details: · I am NOT the landlord. The landlord is incredibly accommodating, communicates well, and is easy to work with (don’t mess this up for me!) He agreed to allow me to try to find someone to transfer my current roommates lease to. Ultimately, the lease and any deposits go through the landlord · Non-Smoking · The unit below is currently listed for $700 MORE. Same layout, same # of rooms. (This is a GREAT, pre-pandemic rate)
