Hi! I have 1 room for rent (2bd 1 bth) located off of Sunrise Ave. This would be a lease takeover for my friend/old roommate. So there is a credit /background check that would be submitted to my landlords. The apartment is super close to a bunch of grocery stores/shopping malls. It is about 20-25 min to Sacramento. RENT w/o utilities is 847.50 and utilities include SMUD/PG&E, WIFI, RENTERS INSURANCE. That all in total would be about $100 (maybe less). Bathroom is shared/Laundry is on site and we have access 24/7. For parking, there is one assigned spot and then there is street parking. Pets are allowed but the deposit would have to be discussed with the landlords. Only thing you would need to furnish is your room, everything else is taken care of.Looking for someone who is ready ASAP!

I love to hike/explore new places, try new foods, read books, and finding/playing new music! I also love animals and want to get a cat or 2!
