Rhonda's room

This room is roommate style ( divided by living room kitchen and dining room) and is fully furnished with a brand new sofa bed, dresser, nightstand, and 55“ Samsung television ( smart tv with a Roku stick). The bathroom is ensuite with a vanity counter. The renter has full access to the kitchen/dining room and laundry room. There’s also a deck and sunroom for use.

I’m a middle age woman that works from home. I live alone with occasional visits from friends and family. I keep a very clean house.
