Hello! I have a room for rent in an apartment in Afton.

About the space: You will have the smaller bedroom (look at floor plan photo) to yourself with the closet. The bedroom door does have a lock on it. There’s a shared bathroom and kitchen space. Rent is $500 a month including all utilities/Wi-Fi etc. due 1st of the month. It’s cheap, safe, quiet, month to month rent with all utilities included (internet/cable), you have access to the furnished kitchen with pots, pans, etc.

About me and the other roommate: I’m 23, he’s 20, both straight males, we work and are gone most of the time except for sleeping. Both quiet, reserved and mind our own business. Work, fitness, real estate, and business are my main interests and what I am focused on at this point in my life. He’s a flooring apprentice, works a lot, as well as travels for work some of the time. Neither of us smoke, drink, or party.

You: this room is ideal for an 18-25 year old male who is either in college, an entrepreneur, someone who travels a lot, or someone who is early in their career and wants to be frugal by keeping their living costs low. Ideally you have the same interests: career success, fitness, personal development, real estate etc. You must make 3xs the rent. Before moving in, you’ll fill out an application and pay $30 for a background check.
