Hi my name is Brandi. I am looking for a roommate, preferably female, but up for discussion. Rent would be $750 but includes all utilities. I have a stylish modern three bedroom condo that is 2000 sq feet, with 2 ½ baths and a loft. I am first owner of the house and its in like new condition. The house is overlooking the pond and water fountain. Very peaceful view and quiet nice neighborhood. Village at Hilliard Run is a lovely community located near Hilliard, an historic rural town just 15 minutes west of downtown Columbus. With easy access to freeways, shopping and recreation, this community has a lot to offer residents. Very close to parks, Tuttle Mall, Meijer, Restaurants, LA Fitness and more. The house overlooks a pond and walking path with a playground. Easy access to freeway.

A little about me… I am a 40yr old female. I have worked in finance for 20 years. Looking for another roommate because I love to travel and spend money. haha! My current roommate is 23 yr old female. We are both very quiet. In bed usually by 10pm during the week. I am very active and workout several times a week, play sports like volleyball, tennis, bowling league and so on . . I try to live life to the fullest and overall I am pretty social outgoing girl. I am very much a red wine drinker after my long days at work. I am not home much typically before this social distancing order, social butterfly. I go out to eat way more than I should LOL. I am very clean and somewhat quiet. I do have one small puppies that is hypo allergenic malteses. She is a small dog 11 pounds and very friendly. So want someone who is animal friendly. Also prefer no kids or other animals because I do have allergies and that is why I got hypo allergenic.
