This lease begins in August and last a full year. On top of rent, a portion of the utilities and wifi will also be expected. (approximately $21/month for wifi and $90/month for utilities).

An application will need to be completed and submitted for approval to the landlord. Upon signing, a security deposit may or may not be asked for. This is to be discussed with the landlord at a later date.

There are not many responsibilities for the tenant, other than to be respectful to the two other tenants in the home, and respectful to the space.
