This home is in a prime location, being close to mostly everything in the Orlando Area (five minutes from downtown Orlando, 15 minutes from Winter Park). The space includes a bedroom with its own bathroom attachment, a private parking spot off the street and shared living areas in the home- including a private backyard, large kitchen and common area. You will be walking distance from three beautiful lakes, and a five minute walk to 903 Mills Market, the best sandwich shop in town. great to go to for some studying or some lunch. – This location also allows for close commute to schools in the area (20 minutes or less to UCF, Valencia, and Full Sail). This lease begins in August and last a full year. On top of rent, a portion of the utilities and wifi will also be expected. (approximately $21/month for wifi and $90/month for utilities).
An application will need to be completed and submitted for approval to the landlord. Upon signing, a security deposit may or may not be asked for. This is to be discussed with the landlord at a later date.
There are not many responsibilities for the tenant, other than to be respectful to the two other tenants in the home, and respectful to the space.
About the roomies
There are two other tenants in the home who are graduated students in their mid twenties. Tenants are quiet individuals who love to game and go outside.
