Julie's room

I own a nice spacious town home (4 bdrm 2.5 bathroom) with all hardwood floors in the Redland/Derwood area. I am 5 minutes from major highways including 200, 270, and the metro station. I am additionally walking distance of a few restaurant’s and other convince stores. I have a nicely furnished and fenced in patio. Room will come with its own private bathroom with nice walk in shower. I actually prefer this bathroom to the master but would give the bathroom over to who ever the room mate is.

I am also about 10 minutes from Downtown Crown, Rio, and Kentland’s. I am about 5 minutes from Kings Farm and very close to various grocery stores.

You must love dogs, I own two (A corgi and a collie, as pictured in the listing) that are about 4 years old each. They are very well behaved and sleep with me at night.

The room is partially furnished, but furniture can be removed if needed. There is an additional room which could be used as an office if needed as well, but would need to discuss rent pricing in order to use and rent out the additional room.

The roommate would be me and my two doggies! I am a younger working professional (29 years). I do work from home most of the time but have my own office where I like to work for the day.

I like to workout, spend time with my family and friends, and of course spend time walking the dogs.

Ideal roommate is also a younger female working professional. Would love to hopefully be friendly with roommate but also understand we have separate lives and priorities but I am also down to have a wine night or a brunch.

Open to discussion on any pets you may own however this could impact rent price. Please note that whatever rent is determined will be inclusive of utilities.

Would be looking to meet potential roommate first out in person for coffee, lunch, or a HH, and then from there see if you would like to come see the home.

Willing to rent out month to month with the stipulation that proper notice would be given before move out.
