I have a room available to sublet in a 3 bed, 2 full bath from July 1 - September 30, 2023. It’s a beautiful space with hardwood floors, natural light, high ceilings, and all updated appliances. Each room has a large closet and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. Amazing location right off of the 2/3/4/5, a ten minute walk from Prospect Park, the botanic gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum. Common spaces and kitchen are fully furnished. Pets negotiable, potential to renew for October 1.

I am moving for graduate school and my two roommates (25y f and 24y m) will be staying on through September 30. One roommate is a musician and teacher and the other is a photographer, dog-lover, and works in comms. We have a great kitchen and common space so occasionally will host dinners, movie nights, or gatherings with friends, but generally everyone keeps to themselves throughout the week. Looking for someone clean, communicative, and fun to share this lovely apartment.
