Enjoy Netflix, Prime along with other channels. Great neighborhood in the historic district with park nearby. Minutes from downtown and Scott and White. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, great neighborhood for walking and/or riding bikes. Enjoy my backyard oasis when you feel like relaxing, reading a book or just listening to music. Common areas should be respected and kept clean.
