The room is a comfortable size with carpet and good closets. Will have their own room and their own bathroom. There is in unit laundry, dishwasher and AC. There is a park across the street from the complex.
About the roomies
I work at UMD and have worked in Higher Education at a few campuses across the country. New to the area and Minnesota. Have three cats as ESAs so if you like cats this is the place. Bruno, Dakota and Jack are friendly and do like attention. I am 40+. Like to read, knit, take walks when not -50 degrees and like to travel.
