Luke's room

[Split-Studio +1 bath] I just moved in a few months ago and so far I love the place. It’s a small cozy complex just a walk away from the pretty lights and night life.

-Studio +1 bath -Utilities included -Internet -Fully updated interior Stovetop/ microwave/ fridge/ freezer/ 2 Full mirror closet doors/ wood floors AC/heat-wall/ ceiling fan -Laundry units -Gated parking -Security cameras

The units are only side by side, not stacked. No one will be stomping above you or walk up to your door because you’re making too much noise above them. I feel safe here. Other than the occasional city sounds, it’s quiet at night. I haven’t taken the time to decorate so it’s still only partly furnished. I’m open to whatever you’d like to add.

Not interested in or comfortable sharing a place with another male(Female/Female identifying only please) I’m looking for someone with a similar living style. Everyone makes messes here and there which is fine but garbage piling is an issue for me. I enjoy cleaning, and I’ll clean up after you, but I don’t want to have to clean up after you. If keeping the living space clean isn’t important to you then we won’t be good roommates.

I’m flexible so I can work with how you do things but it’s important we figure out if we’re going to be a good fit. My sleep schedule is inconsistent but I’m a quiet sleeper and you won’t bother me as long as you don’t snore haha. You can take up any spaces with your stuff and organize things however you like. The closet is yours. When I’m there, I’m mostly watching streams/movies or making food (not the best cook😔) I’ll be respectful of whatever your sleep schedule is. Right now I’m running my business and doing side work so my schedule is sporadic and I can’t always be home. I’d like that someone’s watching the place while I’m gone.
