You get your own bedroom and bathroom. Shared balcony. All kitchen appliances, access to pool, hot tub, 2 gyms, common party space and multiple private study areas, balconies overlooking street. Private secured package/mail room. Parking lot with cameras.

I love sports and everything to do with it. If the TV is on, it’s something to do with sports. Gym is a must in my life (always down for a workout partner) Love hanging out outside, cbj, crew, and clipper games as well. I work early mornings (7am) so like to be in bed by 10. Like to go out on the weekends I dont work. Like to have occasional poker games as well. Like to keep kitchen/living area relatively clean as well. Up to you how you keep your br/bath haha.
