Room for rent. Large bedroom that can be used as a bedroom and also as an office or food area. Included are the utilities, internet, full size refrigerator, microwave. Optional, queen size bed, nightstand and small table. Walking closet and private bathroom. Entrance to the room located behind the house. Large backyard. You can have plants. Location of the house is 5 minutes from 202 north which is 30 mins. from Phoenix, 15 mins from Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert. Very quiet neighborhood. There is no parties or loud noises. Current tenant has not quite moved out but it will be available by June 1st. Require two references and proof of income.

There is only two of us, husband and wife, we like to have our home very clean and maintained. We are quiet, friendly and love the outdoors. We have a large backyard and an above ground pool that we enjoy during the summer. We are animal lovers. We have birds that come to eat, a yorkie mini that doesn’t bark and two cats that are very peaceful.
