I’ll pay some of your first month’s rent if you move in for June! I signed a 3-month lease and need someone to take over for at least the last month of it (next month) so I can move out and not worry about the landlord suing me or something. I marked cannabis friendly but it’s actually limited to an outside roof patio thing. It’s a nice place! Washer and dryer, very clean, nice part of town with ample parking.

I’m moving out so you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1.5 people (the basement guy isn’t here much) and the other guy has his own bathroom (4 people total including you, but pretty quiet, and not much competition for the bathroom after 5:30am or so.)
