A bit about The Pent: We’re in West Hollywood in a chill and pretty tranquil neighborhood. We have a room open up in our place and want to find someone who’s looking more long term. The place is an awesome spot, every detail counts in here! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Washer & Dryer in the unit. Two side-by-side parking spaces in the gated garage. Our place is very close to popular cafes and restaurants nearby like, Pacific Design Center, West Hollywood Park, Urth-Cafe. She’s cute!

Your crib, room, place of peace: She is a cute bedroom, simplicity at its finest, can fit queen/king size bed easily, with a big closet right next to your door! It also has 7 1/2 ft. Windows that gives you some nice lighting! The bedroom is across a ½ bathroom. You def will have shared access to the full bathroom connected to the secondary room. Great Perc about your room is you have access to a parking space in the garage! Ayyyyyy!!!

Payment, dinero, the price, the investment: The monthly rent is $1,250 including water utility! Is does not include the wifi, electric, and gas bill but, these bills will be split up evenly by all of us. The first month’s rent ($1,250) and the security deposit ($2,499.50). The security deposit will be returned by the end of the lease. Any deductions will be withheld depending on damage. Each roommate is responsible for the damage they cause and will only be charged based on that. The common areas kitchen, living room, ½ bathroom, and Front patio is shared by all of us!

(3)We are only looking for someone to fill full Term JUNE / JULY 2023 - FEBRUARY 2025. No Month to Month! (4) We do have to make sure this is the right fit so please If you decide this place if for you. I suggest to have the requisites required in a normal rental agreement. It’s a Great spot and we want to take care of it and appreciate the space as much as we can.

Couple in the largest room own the sweetest dogs that are fully house trained. Gotta be comfortable with dogs as ours are usually all over the house. We also have a roomate who lives in the secondary bedroom with the connecting bathroom which you’d share that bathroom with. Super Respectful, great sense of humor, and is a chill person to live with. We are very much go with the flow. We are musicians and creatives that work on a lot of projects. We are in the lookout for someone with a similar goal. To create and make great art in any field of the entertainment industry. Vinyl Junkies, At home chefs, and Life enthusiasts. We’re always up to something, house full of life is us.
