About the room
My husband and I own a beautiful 4 bedroom home in Holland Heights (near Country club and 8th street) that we have loved sharing for the past 6 years. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and considerate.
The room is on the main floor, has a beautiful bay window, a closet and a dimmable light fixture. There’s a shared half bath on the main floor, and a shared full bath downstairs. The kitchen is shared, but there’s a refrigerator in the laundry room (just around the corner from the main kitchen) that you can have all to yourself, and plenty of pantry space.
We have a whole house water filter and very fast internet.
About the roomies
The guys who live here are wonderful, kind, clean, laid back and very considerate. If you’re interested in the room, I’d love for you to meet them. We’ve got Polo, friendly cool guy who loves to golf and play drums, in his late 30’s. Then Patrick, he’s 25, works in IT, loves anime and video games. And Shane, he’s 28 and likes sports, video games, and making really good bbq.
