I am the owner, KSU alum and now work there. I am in one bedroom and rent out the other 3. I’m pretty chill, go to sleep early, and work 9-5. There are locks on all bedroom doors. No tobacco please, pets are okay. There’s lots of storage space in the basement, and a deck and fire pit in the backyard. Great spot for college students.
