About the room

Hi there!! I have a private room available in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located in a nice, safe area of Sunnyvale. It’s only a 5-minute drive (or a 20-minute walk) to the heart of downtown Sunnyvale and the Caltrain station.

The apartment complex is very well maintained, featuring beautiful orange and palm trees and a clean pool. My unit is also very close to the on-site laundry room, which is a bonus! We will be sharing the bathroom, and you will have full access to the living room and kitchen. The room is unfurnished, and there is a parking space available.

Utilities (PG&E and internet) are split equally, averaging about $70-$100 a month. There is no security deposit required. You’ll just need to submit an application through the property management ($38 fee); once approved, a new lease will be issued for us both to sign. I’d prefer a long-term roommate (6+ months), but since the lease is month-to-month, I am open to shorter terms as long as a 30-day move-out notice is provided.

Helloooo:) I’m Elizabeth, a 25-year-old Bay Area native. I’ve been living in this apartment complex since March 2022, and since my current roommate is moving out in July, I’m looking for someone to take over the room.

I’m an extremely considerate, tidy, and responsible person. I love reading, live music, thrifting, and walks in nature (often with a joint in hand lol). I have a 4-year-old kitty named Peaches; she’s a total sweetheart, and I make sure to clean up after her real well.

Most mornings and afternoons I’m at work, and I don’t have guests over often. I’m totally fine if you do, as long as there is mutual respect, communication, and understanding. I can offer as much privacy as you’d like, but if the occasional movie or dinner night is your jam, I’d be open to that too:) If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out!
