(Listing for lease term Aug 2023-May 2024)This property is right next to the heart of the Brown University main green. Furniture and all utilities are included. We each have our own bathroom and share a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has heat and air conditioning, and very friendly and responsible land lords! Pictures include my room in order to preserve current roomie’s privacy but the rooms are identical down to the furniture. My room mate’s bathroom is pictured, and that would be yours. The large closet, kitchen, and living room pictured are common areas. We split the rent 50/50 which comes out to $1250 per person :)
