Hello! We’re looking for a roommate

Rent:$975 With utilities: fluctuates but around $1050-$1150 Location: Lincoln Park. Bissell Street. Near DePaul main campus. 2 min walk to Fullerton station (Red, Brown, Purple line). Lease Length: Starting June 1st. 6 month with option to renew

It’s an banger price for the apartment and neighborhood.

Roommate: 3 guys right now. We’re all young professionals (mid-late 20s). We mainly keep to ourselves but spend time chatting and cleaning the house at least once a week. Sometimes we have people over the weekend but we’re not throwing any ragers (we’d like to keep it this way).

We’re looking for a 4th person.

• Someone who is extremely clean. Someone who doesn’t leave trash, dishes, crumbs, or any clutter around in the common spaces (living room, kitchen and bathroom).
• Someone who will help around the house to make sure it stays clean
• Sometimes to hang out as roommates!
