Room is furnished with full size bed and dresser..I do have a flat screen for the room Must like cats..As I have 2 All bills are split 3 ways..as 1 other room is rented..Washer n Dryer Thee is NO SMOKING in the house.. Vaping is ok.. NO PETS ALLOWED..I have had really bad experiences in the past.. Drug n alcohol free house Very quiet neighborhood..
