Drew's room

2 bed 2 bath apartment in a good area near the 96/i24 intersection. Complex is gated and quiet, has a gym, tennis court, pool, and more. You would have your own bed and bathroom, I currently use the extra as a home office. I don’t need a roommate, but If I find someone that I feel would be a good roommate I’ll go for it to save some money. I keep the place clean, but also a professional cleaner that comes every other week. I don’t cook much or stock the kitchen so you’d have plenty of room in cabinets, pantry, fridge and all that.

I’m Drew, I’m 26 and have 2 cats. I work from home full time and my hobbies are pretty home-bodyish too. I read and write, watch tv shows, play video games and occasionally go out. I’d prefer you to under 30 or close to it, and at least clean up after yourself. The biggest thing is just that you’ll be nice to my cats, they are pretty shy and will probably just leave you alone but I’d prefer someone who likes cats. Anything else can be answered in messages :)
