About the room
The whole place is 2bed/2bath (around 1,200 sq ft in total) with a shared living/dining/kitchen area (furnished) and a small balcony. You would also have a bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
There is in-unit laundry, valet trash, a mail room, gated garage parking and easy guest parking too. The unit is close to the courtyard and we have a pool, BBQ area, gym and pool table.
The complex is a good size, management are pretty good at addressing any issues in 1-2 days, it’s relatively quiet and I’ve never felt unsafe in the evenings/ after dark.
Great location in the Montrose area. 5 minutes to get on the I-10, loads of great places to eat and drink and the bayou is less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Looking for someone to move into this two bedroom apartment for a 12 month lease as I am moving out of the city and my roommate would love to stay.
About the roomies
I currently live with my roommate who would like to renew the contract for another year. She’s keeps pretty busy, is quiet in the evenings and I think she’s really fun and easy to live with. She loves anime and gaming, is involved in acting and has a genuine love for people.
