About the room

Newly renovated modern private one bedroom (312 sqft) in San Dimas (not La Verne) with a separate entrance at the back of the house. It’s a quiet, quaint, and safe neighborhood with a security gate at the front entrance and surrounding the property. There is an additional living/dining/kitchen room area with marble countertops, a built-in electric stove with a mini fridge and cabinets/drawers for storage. There is a double sided closet area right before you enter your very own private bathroom which includes a glass case storage area to hold your linens and toiletries. Your bedroom has a nice size closet with a mirror and an AC/heater wall unit, which the temperature can be controlled using a remote. Additionally, you have brand new gray vinyl plank flooring throughout that is waterproof and east to clean.

This home is convenient to everything you need: A 5 minute drive to Cal Poly Pomona. A few minutes walk to two gorgeous parks (one has tennis and basketball courts), a Vons shopping center which includes Chase bank, a supermarket, donut/bakery shop, restaurants, and much more. There’s a bus park and ride nearby right off the 10 freeway exit. Horse trails, hiking trails, a gas station, Bonelli Park and Raging Waters are a couple minutes away. This is the place to live!

All of the following utilities are included in the monthly rent which are: water, electricity, trash, internet, washer and dryer which is available in the garage (you provide your own detergent, dryer sheets, etc). Also included is one parking space (in the driveway).

About the roomies

My name is Alex. I am the owner and retired. Your unit is separate from the rest of your house and you have your own private entrance so we will barely see each other unless I’m outside gardening or going to my car. My wife will occasionally be home mostly on weekends due to taking care of our grandchildren at my daughter’s house. Sometimes my grandchildren visit but rarely here. There is a gate surrounding the house so it is very quiet and safe. We are a non smoking drug free respectful and responsible residence and expect the same from you. We also prefer a single person with no pets.
