About the room

Hi, My roommates are moving out early September and I’m looking for some one who can rent both the rooms on the 2nd floor. Basically you’ll have your private bedroom & bathroom and an additional room to use as office/lounge.

All the shared spaces are all already furnished.

The house has 2 floors: 1st floor -> living & dining space (shared), kitchen (shared), guest bathroom(shared), master & office.

2nd floor(yours) -> 2 bedrooms with decent size closets and a bathroom.

There is a storage shed in the backyard which will all be yours. I take up most of the garage space as i park my car in there but if you have a mountain bike or skis, they can be organized in the garage. Apart from the above mentioned items, i expect other things to be stored in the backyard storage (exceptions can always be made :) ).

Coming to parking, you can park in the driveway and there’s street parking available for any guests.

The house is 3-5mins away form the grocery stores(Safeway, Wholefoods), the gas station(Shell) and the library. But you’ll still be needing a car to get to places.

Note: Will have the rooms professionally cleaned after current tenants move out.

About the roomies

I work remote for a tech company. So, I’ll be mostly home during work hours. I like to keep things clean and leave the space always available for roommates to come use/hang.

Usually quiet and mellow on the weekdays. Don’t really care about the weekends.

Volleyball, skiing, music festivals & video games are my vibe. I go out a lot sometimes and be a home body sometimes, depends on the time of the year and interests i guess.

Looking for some one who’s in the same age group as me (25-35), similar work schedule, keeps things clean, outgoing and want in for longer time.

** Having similar hobbies is a huge plus! I prefer to meet in person for a drink or coffee and see if we vibe before committing to any thing.
