Looking for the perfect roommate to share a 12-month lease starting July 2023.

There’s one unfurnished room available in a sunny, cozy, and clean 2B/1B apartment in Washington Heights, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. 4 floor, no elevator, laundromats right around the corner. A and 1 trains around 5-minute walk.

Cleanliness is A MUST! You cook and clean after done eating. NO SMOKING, cats allowed, visitors might be allowed upon previous agreement; we must respect the other’s privacy.

I fully WFH so someone that does not WFH or has a hybrid schedule is highly preferred. Gas and water included. We split electricity and WiFi.

Female preferred, but it doesn’t really matter if you’re the perfect roommate for this space.

Current roommate is leaving in June and all the living room furniture is hers, so decoration will be different when you move in, but I want to keep the same cozy environment :).

I work in marketing, love working out and spending time outdoors as much as possible. I cook a lot, and love to have a super clean space!
