You’ll be renting a room in a 3 bedroom house in a great, safe neighborhood.

$1550 a month - water, gas, electricity included; wifi, trash not included ($30 a month, spilt by 3) Room will be unfurnished Ensuite private half bath with extra closet space is attached to the room No couples No pets

You will have to fill out an application which will include a credit check by landlord to be considered ($30 to $40). There is also an initial security deposit of $1333.

A little about the house: remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances common living area garage (used for storage and parking) off street parking in driveway as well as additional street parking (I’ve never had an issue finding parking less than 100ft away for the entire 6 years we’ve lived here) for visitors: street parking is always available, and I’m not just saying…it really is private bedroom private half bathroom shared full bathroom washer/dryer in unit

A little about the roommates: 2 women in their 20s and 30s young professionals working in the tech and bio industry, mostly remotely / at home, typical 9ish - 5ish hours very friendly, polite, and clean our current roommate is moving out because she is planning to move in with her friend. we’re looking for a new friend and roommate :)

A little about the neighborhood: Burlingame is very safe - I would feel comfortable walking around alone at night 15 min walk to all of downtown Burlingame (lots of nice restaurants and shops) 15 min walk to Safeway 10 min walk to Burlingame Caltrain…I can make it in 7 if I’m in a rush in the morning ;)
