Jacaranda Drive

The available room is private and furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser, a desk, and shelving. It has a ceiling fan and hardwood floors and a full closet. It shares a bathroom with one other female. There are 4 other tenants in the house who are all laid-back and easy going. Everyone is doing their own thing. There’s street parking and driveway parking, a backyard, a fully stocked kitchen, a furnished living room and a full laundry room. The house is only about 15 minutes away from the strip and super close to many restaurants and stores. There are also 2 gyms only 2 minute drives away. It’s a super convenient location if you’re looking to be close to everything.

There are 3 males and 1 female living on the property. I will be moving out and leaving the room vacant. Everyone in the house is in their 20s. Everyone has their own job and is doing their own thing. Sometimes we have movie nights on the projector in the living room. Sometimes we all go out together. Other times, everyone stays focused on what they’ve got going on. Everyone is easy to get along with.
