Large furnished room with walk-in closet and balcony in large Scripps Highlands home. Views west all the way to the ocean. House is shared with homeowner and one other roommate who only stays two nights a week during the week. Newly remodeled bathroom is shared with other roommate. Plenty of street parking, garage parking is negotiable and extra. Ideal roomie is a traveling professional i.e. travel nurse, construction manager, military TDY as the room is only available until Mar of ‘24 with some flexibility on departure (you may move out anytime before that without penalty). Ideally you’d own your own home somewhere so you know how to respect mine. All utilities and internet included unless you want to use the AC constantly during the hotter months then +$250/mo Jul-Sept. Will consider a VERY clean well behaved dog. No work from home please.

Owner is 50M, business owner, stable. Home most of the evening and weekends but spend most time in the master as it runs the length of the house and is very large. Other is young professional M who returns to LA to work remotely Thur-Tue. House is quiet, neat, and pristine and you will be expected to keep it that way, no slobs or people who don’t pick up after themselves. Neither of us cooks much so kitchen is always clean and house rarely smells like food, we’d like to keep it that way but understand some people enjoy cooking.
