I am a female looking to share a 1600 SF Spanish casitas that I found in downtown Carlsbad (1/2 mile from beach). I am seeking ONLY one housemate. Utilities shared is only gas, electric, and WiFi.

There is driveway parking for one car and that would be yours since I use the den for my remote working space. The bedroom comes with an ATTACHED bathroom and private entry.

There is NO laundry (washer/dryer) on the property. However, we have a laundromat that is within 1/2 mile from the property. This is why rent is very reasonable for downtown living.

No pets, smoking, or drugs per landlord.

I am quiet, clean, professional and do a lot of writing since I am finishing a book on kindness. I don’t do TV so there won’t be a TV in the living room (but your room is fine). It would be great if you are not a night owl since our bedrooms are adjacent to one another. I am looking for someone who is into clean and zen living — home and healthwise. I don’t have regular guests visitations and looking for the same since my home is like a sanctuary to me.
